About RJ:

Hi! I'm Becca, and I write children's books under the pen name RJ Belmont from my home in North Carolina. My love of animals, nature, and meaningful life lessons inspires every story I write.

Through the Bub & Friends series, I hope to create stories that spark curiosity, encourage kindness, build confidence, and inspire meaningful conversations between children and the adults who read with them.

Meet Bub—the four-legged heart behind Bub & Friends! Bub is a Redbone Coonhound and Boxer mix who loves treats, belly rubs, and spending time outside exploring nature. His gentle spirit, loyal heart, and endless curiosity inspired the lovable character you'll meet throughout the series, and I'm so excited to share a little piece of the real Bub with the world!
